How to Smell Greek Tsatsiki From the Smelly Gourmet section of The Messy Gourmet Cookbook |
My Greek hairdresser, Bill, tells me that in the old country he used to eat a full bowl of tsatsiki as a meal. The key to good tsatsiki, according to Bill, is to use quality, thick yogurt (not low fat) and to grate the cucumber bits such that you can still feel the crunch in the dip.
