Cooking is simple, natural, and most of all, FUN!
The messier you are, the more fun you have cooking
The more fun you have cooking, the better it tastes.
Be adventurous with food, experiment, throw caution (and salt) to the wind.
There is no right or wrong way to cook.
Great stuff happens from accidents. We call this accidental cuisine.
Cooking is an experience to be savored by all senses..the steam, the aromas, the colors...the mess.
Gourmet is a style where there are no boundaries. This means everything FUN is gourmet.
We are all Gourmet cooks.
Gourmet cooks like cooking but not cleaning up.
Naming a dish in a unique way adds mystique to it
If you burn a dish - Call it "well-done."
If you undercook a dish - Call it "al dente."
No esoteric ingredients(ok maybe some ...otherwise it wouldn't be adventurous),or over-complicated fussy cooking techniques .
Throw the measuring cup and spoon out the window. We only deal in pinches, dashes, bits and bytes.
